Before

The original Forward Metrics site: a stock circuit-board hero and generic "Unlock the Power of Your Business Data" copy
What was live before this build.

Before

  • Outdated visual design
  • Difficult to understand the company’s services
  • Generic messaging
  • Confusing navigation
  • Limited opportunities for visitors to take action

After

  • Modern, professional design
  • Clear explanation of services and value
  • Stronger messaging focused on the client
  • Simple, intuitive navigation
  • Clear calls to action throughout the website
  • Built with SEO and performance in mind

Forward Metrics had grown into a modern data and technology company, but its website no longer reflected the business behind it. As the company evolved and expanded its services, the online experience had become dated and made it difficult for visitors to quickly understand what the team offered.

The challenge

The website was not clearly communicating the company’s expertise or making its services easy to navigate. Visitors had to work too hard to understand the business, and the overall experience did not match the professionalism of the company itself.

The goal

Create a modern, credible website that explains Forward Metrics clearly, builds trust from the first visit, and gives prospective clients a more direct path to the information they need.

The approach

  1. 01

Reworked the site structure to create clearer paths through the content.

  2. 02

Simplified the messaging so visitors can understand the business more quickly.

  3. 03

Introduced a modern visual direction aligned with the company’s expertise.

  4. 04

Improved the experience across desktop and mobile devices.

  5. 05

Established a stronger foundation for search visibility.

  6. 06

Refined site performance and page speed.

Every decision was made with one question in mind: would this make it easier for a potential client to choose Forward Metrics?

The result

Forward Metrics now has a website that better reflects the quality and direction of the business. Its services are easier to understand, the experience feels more professional, and visitors can move through the site with greater clarity and confidence.

“We knew our old website wasn’t doing us any favors, but we didn’t realize how much business we were losing because of it. Leah completely transformed it. She didn’t just redesign the website — she rethought how we present our business. The new site finally reflects the quality of our work, clearly explains our services and gives us the confidence to send people to it knowing it represents our company properly.”
