Tell me about your project.

Tell me a little about your business and what you have in mind. It’s fine if you’re still figuring it out; that’s something we can talk through.

Your message comes straight to me. I usually reply within one business day.

Prefer to talk it through?

We can start with a free 20-minute call about your business, your current website and what you’d like to change.

Before
send the address of your current site if you have one. I will have looked at it before we speak.
On the call
what the business does, who it is for, what is not working now, and what would count as this having worked.
After
a written proposal with a fixed scope and a fixed price, or an honest “here is what I would do instead.”

Book a time

Email me a few times that work for you, with your time zone, and I’ll confirm a time. Studio hours are 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday to Friday.

You can also use the form above and let me know you’d prefer a call.

A few questions you might have

Here’s how pricing, timings and support usually work. If there’s something else on your mind, you can ask me directly.

Most projects run from about $1,000 to $6,000+ USD, depending on the scope — how many pages there are, whether you need a store, and what has to be integrated.

You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a fixed price before anything starts, so you’ll always know exactly what’s included.

Most websites take 4–8 weeks, depending on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, but you’ll receive a timeline before work begins so you know what to expect.

Most projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due at agreed project milestones. Everything is clearly outlined in your proposal, so there are no surprises.

The number of concepts and revision rounds is set out in your proposal before work starts, so it is agreed rather than assumed. A revision adjusts an agreed direction; a brand-new direction after approval is additional scope, and I will tell you before doing it.

Timely access, content, decisions, and one person who can approve things. You’ll also need the rights to any logos, text, images, and fonts you provide.

Most delays happen because we’re waiting on content, so the more you have ready, the faster your project moves.
