Website redesigns that fix what isn’t working
If your website no longer fits your business, I’ll help you work out what to keep and what to change. We start by looking at the site you have.
Is this what you need?
- Your business has changed, but your website still tells the old story.
- You get visitors, but very few inquiries.
- Your site is slow, difficult to use on a phone or hard to update.
What I’ll help with
- A 100-point review of your existing website
- A look at your direct competitors using the same criteria
- A clear recommendation on what to keep, improve or rebuild
- Content migration and redirects for pages that move
- Attention to speed, mobile layouts and accessibility
- A before-and-after explanation of the changes
Website redesigns in Southwest Florida
I redesign websites for businesses in Punta Gorda, Babcock Ranch, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples. Every redesign starts by scoring your site against the local businesses you compete with, so the changes go where you’re losing inquiries.
I also redesign sites for businesses elsewhere in the United States and in the UK, with everything handled over email and video calls.
How we’ll get there
- 01
Review your current site
We’ll look at what’s working, what’s frustrating you and where customers might be getting stuck.
- 02
Decide what needs changing
I’ll explain what I’d keep, what I’d change and why, so we can agree on a plan.
- 03
Rework and test
You’ll review the updated layout and wording before I build and test the changes.
- 04
Launch the updates
I’ll put the refreshed site live and check that your important pages, links and forms still work.

Questions about redesigning your website
Most redesigns take 4–8 weeks, depending on how many pages there are and how much needs rewriting. The Forward Metrics rebuild took four weeks. You’ll get a timeline in your proposal before work begins.
Redirects are part of every redesign: any page that moves points to its new address, so people and search engines following old links land in the right place. Page titles, descriptions and business details are carried across or improved.
Nobody can honestly promise rankings won’t move at all, but a redesign done this way protects what your site has already built.
Sometimes. Every project starts with the same 100-point audit, which shows whether your site can be improved or whether rebuilding it will give you a better result.
If a repair is the right answer, that’s what I’ll recommend.
Yes. In most cases your existing domain can be connected to the redesigned site, so customers keep using the same web address.

A few lines about your business are enough to start. We’ll talk through what you need, and I’ll put the scope and price in writing before any work begins.
