Website design in Babcock Ranch

I live in Babcock Ranch and build websites for the businesses opening and growing here. You’ll work with me directly, from the first conversation to launch and after it.

A web designer who lives in Babcock Ranch

Utu Nanna Studio is a one-person web design studio run by Leah Norridge, who lives in Babcock Ranch, Florida. I design, write and build websites for local businesses in Babcock Ranch and across Southwest Florida, including Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples. That covers new sites, redesigns, Shopify stores, booking tools and the local search setup that helps people nearby find you.

Here in town, I built the website for Q Fitness, Babcock Ranch’s 24/7 gym. It went live before the doors opened and is taking founding-member sign-ups ahead of opening day on November 23, 2026. Most projects cost between $1,000 and $6,000+ USD, and you’ll have the scope and price in writing before any work begins.

Getting found in a town that’s still being built

Babcock Ranch is a new town in Charlotte County, east of Punta Gorda and Fort Myers off State Road 31, and it’s still growing. A lot of the businesses here are new too. They don’t have years of reviews or word of mouth behind them yet, so the website has to do more of the introducing.

That was the job for Q Fitness. People couldn’t walk into the gym yet, so the site had to explain the memberships, introduce the coaches and answer the questions a neighbor would ask, clearly enough that people would join before opening day.

Babcock Ranch or Punta Gorda? Why your address matters

One detail catches out a lot of businesses here. As far as the Postal Service is concerned, ZIP code 33982 is Punta Gorda, so Google Business Profile and Facebook list a Babcock Ranch address as Punta Gorda.

That’s fine, as long as your website does the rest. Your address should match your Business Profile exactly, and the words on your pages should say Babcock Ranch, because that’s what people nearby type when they search. This studio is set up the same way.

What I can help a Babcock Ranch business with

  • A new website, written and built around your business
  • A redesign of the site you have, starting with why it isn’t bringing in inquiries
  • Local search setup: clear page titles, business information search engines can read, and an address that matches your Business Profile
  • Online booking, memberships and payments
  • Shopify stores for shops and product brands
  • Care plans for updates and fixes after launch

Questions from Babcock Ranch businesses

The Postal Service treats ZIP code 33982 as Punta Gorda, and Google Business Profile follows it, so a Babcock Ranch address shows as Punta Gorda, FL 33982.

Keep that address identical everywhere your business is listed, and use Babcock Ranch in the wording of your website and your Business Profile description. That’s where the town name helps people nearby find you.

Yes, and it’s often the best time. The Q Fitness site went live well before opening day, so people could read about the gym and sign up as founding members before the doors opened.

Most projects run from about $1,000 to $6,000+ USD, depending on how many pages you need and whether you need a store, bookings or other features. You’ll get a fixed price in writing before anything starts.

No. I work with businesses across Southwest Florida, including Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples, and with clients elsewhere in the US and in the UK. Everything can be handled over email and video calls.

A few lines about your business are enough to start. We’ll talk through what you need, and I’ll put the scope and price in writing before any work begins.
