Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Our commitment

Utu Nanna Studio is committed to providing a welcoming and usable digital experience for people with disabilities. We work to improve the accessibility of utunannastudio.com and aim to design and maintain it with recognized accessibility practices in mind.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Technology, content, third-party services, and individual needs change, so we review issues and make reasonable improvements over time.

Accessibility standard

Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG provides testable guidance for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Conformance status: the Site has not been independently certified as fully conformant. This Statement expresses our target and working practices, not an unqualified certification or guarantee that every page or third-party component satisfies every success criterion.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic structure and meaningful heading order where practicable.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states for interactive controls.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form controls.
  • Use readable type, sufficient color contrast, and information cues that do not rely only on color.
  • Support browser zoom and responsive layouts across common device sizes.
  • Provide captions, transcripts, or alternatives for time-based media where appropriate.
  • Review new content and significant design changes for common accessibility barriers.
  • Combine automated checks with manual review where proportionate, because automated tools cannot identify every barrier.

Known limitations and third-party content

Some content or functions may be provided by third parties, such as Stripe-hosted payment interfaces, embedded media, external scheduling tools, social platforms, or documents supplied by clients or partners. We do not control every part of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will seek a reasonable accessible alternative or work with the provider where feasible.

Older pages, archived content, or newly added material may not yet meet our target. If we identify a material limitation, we prioritize it based on user impact, frequency, and the effort required to provide effective access.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need assistance using the Site, please contact us. It helps if you include:

  • The page address or name of the content or feature.
  • A short description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
  • Your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them.
  • The format or accommodation that would work for you.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a substantive response or status update within five business days. Complex fixes may take longer, and we will keep you informed.

Compatibility

The Site is intended to work with current major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Unsupported or unusual combinations may behave differently; tell us if a task is blocked so we can help.

Formal complaints

We prefer to resolve concerns directly. You may also have rights to contact an appropriate disability-rights, consumer-protection, or equality authority. Nothing in this Statement limits those rights.

Statement preparation and review

This Statement was prepared on August 30, 2026. It should be reviewed after material Site changes and at least annually; the next scheduled review date is August 30, 2027. Assessment may include keyboard, zoom and reflow, contrast, screen-reader spot checks, and automated testing.
